Building Brotherhood, Leadership, and Community
Embrace brotherhood and leadership. Create lasting memories, develop as a leader, and make a difference in your community with us
Our Mission and Purpose
As the local governing body for many fraternity chapters at Rensselaer, our mission is to create a supportive environment where brotherhood and personal growth are paramount, empowering our members to make a positive impact on campus and beyond.
An IFC exists where there are two or more NIC member (or non-member) fraternities on a campus. The Council’s purpose is to advance fraternities by providing interfraternal leadership to the entire community.
What We Do and Our Values
We provide a platform for fraternity collaboration, organize leadership development programs, and host events that promote community service and engagement. Our activities aim to enhance the college experience by creating opportunities for personal growth, networking, and lifelong friendships.
We are committed to upholding the values of brotherhood, leadership, academic excellence, service, integrity, and inclusivity. These core principles guide our actions and shape the culture of our fraternity community, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all members.
